Picked the inaugural issue of Ciclo up a few years ago now, and I’m not sure there ever was a second. Which is somewhat of a shame, since it’s pretty interesting; there’s a lot in there about Latino culture in general, and a pretty hefty mission statement of sorts, but there’s also some neat stuff about music (specifically, a band I’ve never heard of called The Beaners) and some half-decent writing.
