Linkin Park Show Tomorrow Cancelled
Bad news, Linkin Park fans — just heard from their publicist that the band’s had to cancel their show here in Houston tomorrow (Tues., February 15th). Apparently singer Chester Bennington‘s been ill and is “under doctor’s orders to refrain from performing,” although that sounds to me like he keeps spontaneously bursting into song or something… If you’ve been following the band’s progress, btw, this shouldn’t come as that big of a surprise; they’ve had to cancel several dates over the course of the past week — not sure why they didn’t just do it all at once, but eh, that’s how it happened.
Anyway, the show’s a no-go and will be refunding all tickets wherever you bought ’em from. Sorry, y’all…
their site says to hold on to tickets…
Yep, good point — I’d go by that, then. What I’d gotten from their PR person was this: “Refunds will be available on Tuesday, February 15th at point of purchase.” Thanks for the heads-up!
