Westheimer Block Party, Supersized (11/14-11/15)
Yes, i’s that time again, folks — the Westheimer Block Party has rolled ’round once more. I’m utterly in awe of how the Free Press Houston gang is able to consistently pull these things off, and not only that but make ’em bigger each freaking time. I have a theory that Omar doesn’t actually sleep…
When I say “bigger,” btw, this season’s WBP is a prime example. This time out, the party will span two days, running both November 14th & 15th, with badass folks playing each day/night. And of course, the thing’s still free, at least ’til the indoor nighttime headliner slots at Numbers on Nov. 14th, and even those are relatively cheap — $12 a ticket, I believe.
