Before There Was Rosalyn, Grabbing the Brass Ring -- Congrats, Y'all... [9/11/2009 09:49:00 PM]:

Damn, I
love me some good news. And when puttering around on the Interwebs today, I came across a little note that local Christian metalcore boys
Before There Was Rosalyn have some
awesome news: as of late July,
they've signed to big-name indie hardcore/metal label Victory Records, home to badasses like
Hatebreed,
Between the Buried and Me,
Darkest Hour, &
Silverstein, among others.
I'll admit that I haven't checked these guys out in quite a few years, sadly (I'm generally not all that big on the Christian heavy stuff, personally), but they're still pretty much what I remember, heavy as fuck but nicely melodic when they need to be. I'm impressed with the new stuff they've got up on the Myspace page -- new album-to-be The Fuhrer sounds like it's gonna fit in perfectly with their new Victory brethren.
To the Before There Was Rosalyn crew: my glass is raised to y'all, seriously. Congratulations -- you guys definitely deserve it.
