Update: Fake Believe (Tonight!) + Electric Attitude (Tonight!) + Behemoth + Dillinger is Dead + More
Hey, all — got a new bunch of reviews up this evening, so I wanted to put a quick note up here about ’em, especially since two of the bands, Fake Believe and Electric Attitude, both happen to be playing tonight (Sat., September 12th) at The Festival at Mink (which I already blathered about here, so I won’t bug you again about that).
I liked parts of both EPs, although some of the Electric Attitude disc left me kinda cold, sound-wise — both releases, though, are good steps for bands that hopefully have long, long lives ahead of ’em. Check the full reviews here and here.
There’s more, of course, like Scott “The Metal Guy” Whitt‘s writeup of the new album from Polish death-metal icons Behemoth, Creg “The Movie Guy” Lovett‘s writeup of the re-released French/Italian classic film Dillinger is Dead, & Spencer Flanagan‘s take on Canadian songsmith Chad VanGaalen. Here’s the whole pile:
Reviews: Fake Believe; Behemoth; Electric Attitude; Dillinger is Dead; Chad VanGaalen; Sylvie; Electric Owls; & Man at Arms.
More to come, of course, so keep an eye out…
