New Indie Bookstore Opens

For a city as big as Houston, it’s a little silly that we have so few independent book/music stores, so we’re all for the appearance of new ones…like Domy Books, which opens April 1st at 1709 Westheimer (where Mixture Contemporary Art used to be). The store aims to focus on art in all its forms, and that’s a very cool thing. Opening day will feature art from various talented local(?) folks, so check it out.
